This includes:

- Consultation services
- Custom or personalized work
2. Cancellations
- Orders or service requests may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not started.
- Once work begins, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only if:
- We are unable to deliver the service as agreed
- A technical error occurs on our platform resulting in duplicate payment
